LA CICOGNA IN ATTESA DEL CICOGNO

In questi ultimi anni una questione squisitamente linguistica sta tenendo acceso il dibattito sui social: quella relativa alla declinazione di alcuni nomi al femminile.
Si deve dire Ministro o Ministra, quando questo ruolo è ricoperto da una donna? Direttore o Direttrice? Prefetto o Prefetta?
“Ormai ministra – come sostiene l’Accademia della Crusca – è assolutamente passato nella lingua, viene scritto e funziona”. La resistenza verso queste forme femminili è di pregiudizio, non linguistica. “La lingua ha gli strumenti per fare questo passaggio: esiste maestro/maestra, non si vede perché non debba esserci ministro/ministra”.

Se questa nuova "moda" di dare il gisto valore a nomi fino a poco tempo fa declinati solo al maschile, io qui lancio una provocazione in seenso inverso...perché non chiamare "cicogno" il maschio della cicogna ??? Per avere un giusto senso alla cosa bisognerebbe chiederlo a lui....😁

In recent years, a purely linguistic issue has fueled debate on social media: the declension of certain feminine nouns.
Should we say Ministro or Ministra when this role is held by a woman? Direttore or Direttrice? Prefetto or Prefetta?
"By now, ministra—as the Accademia della Crusca maintains—has absolutely become part of the language, it's written, and it works." Resistance to these feminine forms is prejudiced, not linguistic. "Language has the tools to make this transition: maestro/maestra exists, and there's no reason why there shouldn't be ministro/ministra."

If this new "trend" of giving proper value to nouns that until recently were only masculine, I'm throwing out a provocative inverse view here... why not call the male stork "cicogno"??? To get the full meaning of it, you'd have to ask him... 😁
