La prima menzione che attesta l'esistenza della chiesa della Natività di Maria di Arsio risale agli atti visitali del 1537. La chiesa, edificata presso la collina sovrastante l'abitato di Arsio presso Brez, viene completata nel 1678 con l'erezione del campanile.
Nella foto si evidenziano le protezioni antigrandine dei meleti che rendono famosa e pregiata la produzione in Val di Non.
Mela Val di Non (DOP) è un prodotto ortofrutticolo italiano a Denominazione di origine protetta. La denominazione è riservata a mele delle varietà Golden Delicious, Renetta Canada e Red Delicious.

THE CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY OF MARY

The first mention of the Church of the Nativity of Mary in Arsio dates back to the visitation documents of 1537. The church, built on the hill overlooking the village of Arsio near Brez, was completed in 1678 with the construction of the bell tower.
The photo highlights the hail protections for the apple orchards, which make the Val di Non apple production famous and prized.
Mela Val di Non (PDO) is an Italian fruit and vegetable product with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). The designation is reserved for the Golden Delicious, Renetta Canada, and Red Delicious apple varieties.
