L’allevamento sostenibile è una struttura che alleva gli animali in totale sintonia con la natura, avendo cura del loro benessere e del loro ciclo vitale.
L’allevamento all’aria aperta rispetta l’ambiente circostante, riducendo i livelli d’inquinamento.
In passato gli animali venivano allevati senza rispettare la loro dignità e l’ambiente. Facendoli vivere in spazi piccoli e sovraffollati, che costringevano i bovini a non potersi muovere e a dover lottare con i propri simili per riuscire a sostentarsi.
Fortunatamente il processo di allevamento ha subito un cambiamento rivolto al miglioramento della vita degli animali.
