VILLA DE CLARICINI

Villa de Claricini Dornpacher si trova a Bottenicco di Moimacco, piccolo Borgo rurale alle porte di Cividale del Friuli. Fu edificata intorno alla metà del Sec. XVII dalla famiglia de Claricini Dornpacher e dal 1971 è sede della Fondazione omonima istituita per volere della Contessa Giuditta de Claricini, ultima proprietaria della Villa, con lo scopo di conservarne il patrimonio avito e promuovere studi e manifestazioni culturali. Il complesso comprende la grande casa dominicale e la chiesa e annesse dipendenze. La Villa, pur caratterizzata dai tratti distintivi della Villa veneta, mantiene lo sviluppo orizzontale proprio della casa colonica friulana.
La Villa si apre su un magnifico giardino all’italiana e sul parco con gruppi di essenze secolari di faggi, cedri, abeti e lecci. Fa da cornice e circonda la villa il vigneto aziendale dal quale si produce il vino de Claricini custodito nella cantina che affianca la Villa.

VILLA DE CLARICINI

Villa de Claricini Dornpacher is located in Bottenicco di Moimacco, a small rural village on the outskirts of Cividale del Friuli. It was built around the middle of the 17th century by the de Claricini Dornpacher family and since 1971 it has been the seat of the Foundation of the same name established by will of Countess Giuditta de Claricini, the last owner of the Villa, with the aim of preserving the ancestral heritage and promoting studies and cultural events. The complex includes the large manor house and the church and annexed dependencies. The Villa, although characterized by the distinctive features of the Venetian Villa, maintains the horizontal development typical of the Friulian farmhouse.
The Villa opens onto a magnificent Italian garden and the park with groups of centuries-old beech, cedar, fir and holm oak trees. The company vineyard from which the de Claricini wine is produced and kept in the cellar next to the Villa, frames and surrounds the villa.
