Palazzo Fullini è il tipico palazzo Veneziano del XVIII secolo, oggi vincolato dal Ministero per i Beni Culturali e Ambientali. Il palazzo è costituito da un salone centrale, mezzanino e ballatoi affacciati sull’androne d’ingresso ed è collegato ai piani superiori da un’elegante scala in pietra. Gli interni sono ricchi di pregiati stucchi con decorazioni e ornamenti ricercati che testimoniano il gusto estetico del periodo. Celebri le sale napoleoniche, che devono il loro nome al fatto che il principe Beauharnais, figlio adottivo di Napoleone, vi soggiornò e vi tenne il consiglio di guerra prima della storica battaglia dei Camolli del 1809. Al secondo piano si possono ammirare magnifici affreschi veneziani, venuti alla luce con il restauro e rappresentanti scene di vita bucolica quotidiana.

FROM DARK TO LIGHT

Palazzo Fullini is the typical Venetian palace of the 18th century, today bound by the Ministry for Cultural and Environmental Heritage. The building consists of a central hall, mezzanine and balconies overlooking the entrance hall and is connected to the upper floors by an elegant stone staircase. The interiors are rich in precious stuccoes with refined decorations and ornaments that testify to the aesthetic taste of the period. Famous are the Napoleonic rooms, which owe their name to the fact that Prince Beauharnais, adopted son of Napoleon, stayed there and held the war council before the historic battle of the Camolli in 1809. On the second floor you can admire magnificent Venetian frescoes, come to light with the restoration and depicting scenes of everyday bucolic life.
