Forgotten Times - a photo on Flickriver

Forgotten Times

            When out with a friend of mine just east of Sheffield, IL a truck driver pulled over and asked us what we were doing. 

When I showed him my camera and told him we were out exploring the Hennepin Canal and surrounding area to photograph anything we find, he offered up a few suggestions.

He told us to head over to the grain elevator just the other side of the corn field. This was the other gem included in the find.

I never got his name, but I just wanted to tell him, thank you. Part of why I do this is the people that you meet when you are out there with your camera.
