57602 on the sleeper - a photo on Flickriver

            Day 7 of my All-Line Railrover travels was spent in Devon and Cornwall - I travelled overnight on the Cornish sleeper - the 23.45 from Paddington with headcode 1C50. This is Class 57 no 57602 awaiting departure.

This loco started life as D1818, delivered new from Brush in February 1965. It became 47337 under TOPS and was converted to a Class 57 in June 2003. As 47337 it had been named "Herbert Austin" between April 1986 and July 1990. As 57602 it was named "Restormel Castle" inSeptember 2004.
