The light at the end of the tunnel - a photo on Flickriver

            This is not a railway tunnel as such, but an accommodation tunnel under the former GC main line near Sulgrave, Northants. The tunnel is longer than the usual tunnel under a two-track main line as it needed to take into account the embankment on each see of the line. The amount of work involved to provide even a straightforward accommodation crossing here is incredible.
