Mobil Oil Pegasus - Jacksonville, Texas

            The Kirkland Oil Co. had five of these high flyers on display back in 2012. It was amazing because the yard was  abandoned. There were also countless vintage Mobil Oil signs displayed on the metal building seen in the background.  I was shocked that none of the signs had been stolen. I learned a couple of years ago in 2018, I think, that all of the signs had been sold to a collector. Jacksonville, Texas. 8.11.2012.
