            Compared to earlier views this bus has lost its windscreen and a headlamp,this was near its end after 18 months in the scrapyard with no buyers and almost all other Merlins chopped up already.Note Northern General Routemaster in background about to be broken up as spares for LT.LT leased their tyres and part of the disposal deal for scrap involved the return of leased tyres hence the pile in the foreground would get returned to London Transport
