Camp 2 on the Russell Glacier - a photo on Flickriver

After trekking through the various crevasse and serac fields along the way, we set up a camp at 9300' on the Russell Glacier in our attempt to summit Mt. Bona...the 4th highest peak in the U.S. at 16,421'. I was told the Russell Glacier has had only 6 registered parties on it since 1936. Taken May 2004.
