La torre aragonese

            C'è una zona a nord della Sardegna costeggiata dal granito rosso, è proprio per questo che si chiama "Isola Rossa"
un posto incantevole con una natura selvaggia;
a dominare il paesaggio è la grande torre aragonese
la sua costruzione risale al lontano 1590: fu eretta principalmente allo scopo di difendere le zone costiere dalle frequenti incursioni dei pirati saraceni, nei secoli successivi assolse anche il compito di impedire, o quanto meno di limitare, i traffici clandestini fra la Sardegna e la Corsica
