Lego carbon nanotube - a photo on Flickriver

            I've long had plans to build a transparent tunnel to connect two buildings in my moon base. Even though I don't even have one finished building yet, I'm building the tunnel already anyway :)

I've got a ton on trans light blue parts for the tunnel, but the seams between them ruin the uninterrupted glass tunnel look I was hoping to achieve. So I was looking for a way to hide these seams. While playing around I got a sheet of hexagons that rolls into this 8 sided cylinder, which I think looks awesome, especially when wrapped around a trans blue tunnel (pics of that later).
