Wrong Leader of out Effingham - a photo on Flickriver

            One of a handful of trains to get moving through Effingham before the A408 that I was hunting got to heading south.  This is just south of the yard in Effingham, IL

Ordinarily, I wouldn't complain about a Tier 4 GE on the point, but when there's a BC Rail cowl 2nd out, I'm certainly going to grumble a bit, although I know that a number of them are now relegated to trailing status only.
