first swim - a photo on Flickriver

            The first swimmers of the year at our new cabin.  The Saskatchewan waters can be a little cold on May long weekend, although that didn't stop our retrievers from enjoying a swim.  But, after ten minutes the quivering in anticipating turned into shivering from the cold so the fun had to end.  

I'm completely off on my time line of post processing as this one was from almost a month ago.  Some photos are good photos because they are technically excellent, some are liked because they have a strong emotional pull or memory associated with them.  I think this is one of the latter variety for me.
