2021: one photo each day. 124/365 "Oh my crumpets.".

Awhile ago I was complaining that it was almost impossible to get whipping cream in France, although a quick Google search showed that at long last it was getting easier.
In the UK whipping cream has over a 40% fat content and French cream tends to be only 30% which won't whip......

Yesterday when I made an emergency trip to the supermarket I thought I'd also get some cream for the Bank Holiday cake I'd made.
Noticed one that said that it would whip, so bought it, but when I looked at it again at home it was only 30% fat, but I gave it a whizz and oh my. I've finally, after over 30 years, got whipping cream.

Roll on the éclairs.
