            Looks like I caught a C&NW GP7 or GP9 in the background which was probably working the Chicago Tribune Freedom Center printing press. It must have been close to twilight as my flash on the camera caught reflections on the reflectors on the parked cars and the trailer. 

Scanned from a 30 year old slide and cleaned up as much as possible with PhotoShop Elements.

This view shows a pair of boxcars on the lower Blommer spur when it used to receive burlap bags of cocoa beans from them. It was rebuilt in later years and now tank cars with either corn syrup or liquid chocolate are parked in this location. It used to also receive covered hoppers after it was rebuilt. 

Blommer and the Tribune Freedom Center are the last two downtown Chicago freight customers left, both served by UP.
