Hide-and-Seek with the Clouds - a photo on Flickriver

            ► █░▓      SUNSET ABOVE ALBLASSERWAARD... ...mere three minutes before it reappears from a cloud and touches the horizon behind Molenaarsgraaf/Streefkerk, a village/town on the left bank of river De Lek (second largest branch of Rhine delta in the Netherlands). The sun plays hide-and-seek with the photographer. It's more often than not that the clouds are blocking the view of the setting sun here. Eventually not on May 19th 2022! Exactly on 21:30 at 305° nw I can see, contrasted by the sun's glow, the church tower there, a power line and an upper part of a rotating wind turbine. The viewing distance of aforementioned is 10-16 km. Further on behind Streefkerk lies Delft.

Handheld, supported by the window frame. Full frame equivalent of 600mm. Developed from raw and edited in Affinity Photo 1.10.5. No coloring added - only the colors existing in the captured file are used and adjusted to taste. Lightly applied the 'Haze Removal' filter. No cropping.
