Every spring in their annual migration, the shorebirds come to the beaches of DE & NJ (on Delaware Bay) for nourishment on their journey to the Arctic. The nourishment comes in the form of Horseshoe Crabs' eggs (caviar). These Horseshoe Crab's start spawning on May's full moon.
