Tree per Residence Ratio - a photo on Flickriver

            Sao Paulo is almost the perfect definition of Concrete Jungle. We have some dense forests on the outskirts of the city, but within the city itself, it's far from ideal. 

Some neighborhoods are better than others, but overall we are some 150.000 trees short from what we need according to World Health Organization.

Add 12.1 million inhabitants and 8 million vehicles to this mix and you start to understand why Claritin and Allegra are best-sellers here...
