One of several food carts I encountered during my photo walk on a crisp, cold December evening. The smells rising from this Korean chuck wagon (Korean Twist) were seductive. According to Gourmet.com and U.S. News & World Report Portland is #1 in street cuisine (Sorry New York and Paris). While I don’t know the exact number it is estimated there are over 600 food carts scattered around the city. There is a website dedicated to mapping-out all of their locations.
