Tokyo Skytree opens today - a photo on Flickriver

The second tallest building in the world will officially open to the public today (May 22nd 2012).

And where is this new building located? In Tokyo Japan !!!!!!

The Tokyo SkyTree is a digital radio and television broadcasting tower and is 634 meters high.

The Sky Tree is the second-tallest structure in the world after the 828-meter Burj Khalifa in Dubai

For tourists, two observation decks are positioned at 350 and 450 meters from the ground. High-speed elevators zoom up to the lower platform in 50 seconds, and reach the next deck a half-minute later.
