River Thames: Dockworkers - a photo on Flickriver

            A small motor launch on its way, I believe, to moor a vehicle carrier, Glovis Symphony - which they are passing - at Tilbury Docks' ro-ro terminal.
I've watched this being done before, and it looks heavy work and will be carried out whatever the weather and river conditions. Skilled and possibly dangerous work. The only job-title I could find for this is Dockworker, but perhaps there is something more specific ?
I also wondered what "glovis" is or might be. Looks like it's simply the name for Hyundai's logistics operation.
