21/366: Frozen in time - a photo on Flickriver

Sorry, I'm still experimenting with my frozen flowers! After I'd broken the ice and taken a photo, I put the pieces, along with extra petals, back in the freezer, adding more layers of water. The idea was to hopefully keep some of the added texture. For today's photo, I placed the block of ice on top of a set of pink fairy lights to give it more of a pink hue in places, I then shone an led torch over it for a bit more light.

I am enjoying playing with these ideas, I hope you are not going to be too fed up with seeing them...there may be more to come...it's back in the freezer with an added ingredient that may or may not work...have to try these things though!
