Grünes Risotto mit Brathering - a photo on Flickriver

In der Hitze mag mans gerne sauer:
Risotto mit Frühlingszwiebeln, Petersilie, Dill und Minze, Chili und Limettensaft, dazu süßsaurer Brathering und Rosé. Perfektes Sommeressen.

Der Reis ist inspiriert von der Füllung für Dolmadakia, griechische gefüllte Weinblätter.

It's hot so there's something sour to eat: Risotto w / green onions, parsley, dill, chili, mint and lime and some fried herring in sweet and sour brine; a light rosé wine to go with it. Perfect summer meal.

The Risotte acrtually was inspired by the filling (stuffing?) for Dolmadakia, stuffed Greek Wine leaves.
