Longquan Temple of Great Compassion, Utrecht, the Netherlands

            Longquan Great Compassion Monastery is a Chinese Buddhist monastery established in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
At the front of the prayer hall are three large Buddha statues. The middle one of them is the Buddha Shakyamuni. 
In December 2015, the consecration ceremony was held. 

The temple is located in a building that was built in 1960  (architect: H.A. Reitsma) as the Eben Haëzer Church for the Christian Reformed Church (Christelijke Gereformeerde Kerk).
The church was sold in 1979 to become a bowling and billiards center. Later it was a gym and an educational center.
