The Halfway Mark

            Freightliner ‘shed’ 66 569 heads north through Heyford working 4M55. The train is just about halfway on it’s 200 mile journey from Southampton Maritime Terminal to Daventry. Weekend engineering work necessitated a detour of the train via Romsey and Andover, instead of the usual route via Eastleigh and Winchester.
