            Up  at day break to walk along the villalge on the bank of the Ayrerwaddy river in Mandalay. This is village which grows in the dry season to accommodate those work on the river bringing all manner of goods downriver on large barges. The makeshift, bamboo sided huts house  whole families and their livestock. All are packed up in the wet  season and taken up river.
