New Urban - Eyes on the Street? - Corner lot

            Privacy and security are among the top worries of house occupants, particularly at corner lots. A thick tall bush is a simple, green, pleasant answer, superior to foreboding walls and mundane fences. The effect is total visual separation between the house and its sidewalk. The lush greenery is a gift to the pedestrian during the day., but an unsettling presence at night.
