Don’t be shy !

            Peeping out from under a Railway Arch , near Waterloo Station , London . Are this pair of ECW C39F bodied AEC Regal IVs , LUC381 & LUC389 . 

They were new to London Transport in the late of 1951 as RFW 6 & RFW 14 , for private hire and tour work in the Capital . 

In this shot they are both in use as “Staff Buses” for St Thomas’ Hospital . They were actually “owned” by the Operator / Dealer from London SE1 . He had acquired them in 1964 / 1965 .

Regrettably although I saw these vehicles on the road . This was the only shot I obtained of them .
