            Perth (Scotland) Rotary Club’s, Charity Classic Car Tour 2023. My favourite car of the morning. I have this odd fascination for three-wheelers, and I love this recent update to Morgan’s original, veteran design. To me, it’s a beautifully balanced design shape. It evokes aviation, with its ‘air intakes’ that look as though they come from a McDonnel Douglas F4 Phantom, an open cockpit and aero screens. It looks like a mini bi-plane without wings. And it’s got great externally-mounted baggage frames, on both sides and on top of the tail. Totally bonkers and impractical in the UK weather (unless you’re happy to drive everywhere in thermal waterproofs for most of the year), but it looks like massive fun. One for the forthcoming lottery win ;-) It would be amazing for someone to produce a plexiglass bubble canopy for year-round comfort (and to complete the aviation look).
