Marseilles Provence Aeroport Model - a photo on Flickriver

            I love models. Viewing them is like flying. As someone has gone to the trouble of commissioning and building this splendid model of Marseilles Provence Airport (placed in terminal 4, I think) I thought I'd try and capture it for wider viewing. When I have more time I'll place notes with the terminal numbers. This isn't the whole model. The low-cost terminal is off stage, right. The lighting was a bit of a challenge for that end.

There is a small bus terminal going to such places as Marseilles and Aix-en-Provence.

There is the usual array of eating places, mostly French baguette-style.

There is a large car hire presence, too. Incidentally, the route for returning hire cars is a bit conveluted, but well signposted. I found I had to go right around the one-way system, past the two main terminals and head out of the airport in order to access the petrol station to top up my car's tank prior to handing back the car. Again, convoluted, but do-able. just give yourself a time margin to do this.
