Stairway To Ball Field, Abandoned Radar Base Near Minot, ND

A second photo from the set from a ramble this past Thursday. This one is looking north toward the (I believe) enlisted men's quarters at the old cold war-era radar base on the 83 just south of Minot, ND. People say there is a solid 2" copper wire that runs from the Air Force Base about 20 miles north of Minot down to this place. Imagine a 2" line that long? Anyhow, disused - not seldom used - but completely abandoned stairways like this really speak to me - especially when they go someplace like a ball field.
