Das Ende

            …des IC-Zugpaares IC 2084/2085 „Nebelhorn“ rückte bereits im Sommer immer näher seinem Ende entgegen. Gestern, dem 04.10.2025 fuhr somit der letzte IC2084 nach Hamburg. An teilweise von Fotografen überfluteten Stellen wurde der Zug von zahlreichen Eisenbahnfans abgelichtet.

Am 18.08.2025 positionierten sich ein Kollege und ich in Günzach und wollten den Zug fotografieren. An der Spitze bespannte die sehr gut gepflegte 218 415 den Zug, der aus fünf IC Wagen bestand.

Wenige Minuten vor der Durchfahrt des Zuges war Zittern angesagt, da sich eine mehr oder weniger große Wolke vor die Sonne schob. Glücklicherweise klarte es jedoch rechtzeitig auf, und der Zug kam bei bestem Sonnenschein durch.

Danach konnten wir noch den IC 2013 mit der orientroten 218 406 „Guste“ fotografieren, dazu aber ein andermal mehr.
