When delivered in early 2006, this Gulfstream G.450 became one of the first of the type to fly in Europe. Registered as HB-JEQ, it was being operated by G5 Executive, a company specialized in management and operation of high-end business jets. 

The owner of the G.450 also onwed a 54m yacht, where the interior was designed by renonwed Cannes designer Jean-Pierre Fantini. Being very satisfied with Fantini's work, the owner also contracted him to design the interior and the exterior of his new G.450, which resulted in the striking livery on HB-JEQ.

HB-JEQ was captured during one of its irregular visits to Zürich, climbing out of runway 28 after the WEF 2007 at Davos. It carried small G5 Executive insignias next to the passenger door.

In 2008 the owner transferred management and operation of his G.450 to Elit'Avia, in 2009 to Ocean Sky and in 2012 to Air Hamburg. In 2015 he sold it to the USA, where it is still current as N251HR with Johnson Breeders Inc. of Rose Hill, NC, but now sporting a much less spectacular livery.
