This 1966-model DC-8-55F was built for Seaboard World Airlines, and flew in the US until 1972, when it was acquired by Affretair as TR-LQR. In 1977 the DC-8 was leased to short-lived CargOman as A4O-PA.

A4O-PA was seen during turnaround upon one of its irregular visits to Zürich, parked at H12, and surrounded by a variety of cargo which interestingly enough was not palletized.

CargOman operated between 1977 and 1981, after which DC-8 was returned to Affretair, and continued flying in Africa. Its last operator was Trans Air Cargo of The Democratic Republic of Congo, who acquired it in 2005 and eventually retired it at Kinshasa, where it was broken-up by 2014.
