Built in 2003 and delivered to Switzerland the same year, this Legacy was owned by DiaMair SA, Fribourg, and based at Bern-Belp airport.

Registered as HB-JED, it became a regular visitor to Zürich, and on this afternoon was captured on finals to runway 14 after a flight from Cannes-Mandelieu. Small DiaMair titles were carried on the forward fuselage.

By 2010 DiaMair transferred the operation of their Legacy to Nomand Aviation, until 2013, when it was sold to Taiwan. By 2020 the aircraft returned to Nomad as HB-JED, and in 2022 it was sold to Morocco. It is now CN-TMH with Air Ocean Maroc, and still an oocasional visitor to Zürich.
