Live subject shot in environment.

A lot of people ask how a live subjects sits still for 37 frames or sometimes 100+. The answer is simple. Early mornings means it is cooler. Insects need to warm up for the day as they are exothermic.

They sometimes are not even capable of moving until they warm up enough.

This one was awake and moving around but it was a cooler morning so it was pausing still for long periods.

My camera can do 15.4 frames per second with the flash enabled.

So if you can imagine it does not take very long to gather images.
