Seit ende 2020 gibt es keine RB2 mehr

            Im Dezember 2020 wurde die Linie RB2 von Biblis nach Mannheim bzw Karlsruhe in das Netz der S-Bahn Rhein-Neckar aufgenommen und zur Linie S9 umgewandelt. Seit dem sind zwischen Gro´-Rohrheim und Karlsruhe Triebzüge der Baureihe 463 im Einsatz

Die Unmodernisierten 425er wurden dann Arbeitslos. Sie kamen dann bis Ende 2021 vereinzelnd noch auf der S6 zwischen Bensheim und Mainz zum Einsatz

An einem sonnigen Februar Morgen  war 425 039 als RB2 auf dem Weg nach Mannheim und hat vor kurzem Bürstadt verlassen
