Fun with Flora - Otherworldly Park - a photo on Flickriver

            Built on the prompt for next month's SeaLUG meeting. I've been wanting to explore using the Mixel ball joints "in the raw" without hiding their color or shape in the build. 
The challenge was finding a way to connect the ball joint to something that would hold the leaves without going too bulky or getting into an outrageous color. While not a legal connection, I like what I landed on.
It's also great to find a use for those soccer/basketball baseplates. With a stack of those at the ready, I'll be finding a home for this tree design in a larger build, for sure!
