DESCRIPTION:
The picture is a composition of two photos.
The photographic project was born in March 2021. At that time Mars passed by the Pleiades, and, at the same time, the Etna has started a period of frequent but brief volcanic eruptions.
First, I photographed Mars and the Pleiades choosing focal and framing to match the image of the erupting crater afterwards. Unfortunately, the eruptions are very short and unpredictable, so I could take the second photo only three months later.
