            Locomotive, “Ackton Hall No.3”, built by Peckett and Sons Ltd, Atlas Locomotive Works, Bristol, in 1920, is seen here, at Ackton Hall Colliery, on 15/06/1967.

Built by Peckett and Sons Ltd, Atlas Locomotive Works, Bristol, to Works No.1567, in 1920, for the Ackton Hall Colliery Company Ltd, and delivered, new, to their Ackton Hall Colliery, and named, “Ackton Hall No.3”.  This locomotive was transferred, from Ackton Hall Colliery, to Prince of Wales Colliery, on 04/01/1971, being returned, back to Ackton Hall Colliery, on 24/06/1971. The locomotive was sold, into preservation, at the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, Haworth, on 01/04/1973.
