La fête de la sardine à Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie .

            Les deux sardiniers qui apportent les premières sardines de printemps . Les patrons pêcheurs offriront alors au maire de la ville, le premier panier de sardines fraîches . Telle est la tradition . Le fête n' a pu avoir lieu en 2020 et 2021 à cause de la pandémie.
