Tashi Rabten - a photo on Flickriver

Tashi Rabten

            Geshe Rabten Rinpoche, a Buddhist monk from eastern Tibet, became a philosophical assistant to the Dalai Lama and went to Europe on his behalf. He founded several Tibetan centers there, including Tashi Rabten in 1981 at Letzehof near Feldkirch, Vorarlberg. The picture shows an original Tibetan yurt on the surrounding grounds.
