I left the next instalment behind...

            I was a little precipitous and forgot the next instalment of our journey after the break down of the motor mover..well believe it or not there is Yell.Com even in Scotland and I did a search for a motor mover repairer and lo and behold our next stop was to be Melvich the very far north of Scotland but intended visiting Jonathan’s life long best friend - a sheep farmer on the way there. The motor mover repair man said he was 20 minutes from Halkirk Caithness where Jonathan’s best friend lived. Soooo
We drove the caravan to be mended by a lovely guy who had lived not far from my home in Nottingham and had worked for Seven Trent Water believe it or not……we visited with Alistair and Lorna all afternoon then drove to pick up the repaired caravan.
Just £80 and Jonathan gave him extra £20 for doing it the same day..sigh of relief 😅 
We drove to our next site and enjoyed a peaceful rest. The following day we got back on the road from Melvich and towards Ullapool and the ****ing ( without hitting a pot hole either ) just slammed on but we both clearly heard it this time. However we used the repaired wrench ( forgot that motor mover repair guy repaired that as well ) happily we had an uneventful sort of ride to somewhere near Loch Carron….beautiful scenery and I captured some of it before the next catastrophe to be continued
