Blidworth Church Folly II - a photo on Flickriver

            In the church yard of St Mary's of the Purification in Blidworth, Nottinghamshire, UK, perched on one of the highest hills around, is this semi-ruined folly. 

The masonry used in the folly is probably from the original church which predated the existing 17th Century building. This was taken about 40 minutes before sunset in winter.
