former Fire Station - a photo on Flickriver

            As I continue my research on the US Fire Departments in Bavaria since 1945 I was at Fürth to photograph another former Fire Station that was part of the Nurnberg Post Fire Department.. What was a Fire Station from 1945 to 1958, there are some nice appartment buildings. The whole area that used to be W.O. Darby Barracks are now a new neighborhood and a nicley arranged Park called "Südstadtpark"
