Andrew Barclay 0-4-0ST shunter 2199 - a photo on Flickriver

            Victory was built in 1945 by Andrew Barclay Sons & Co. of Kilmarnock, Scotland. It is a 0-4-OST built to the standard 12 in. class pattern and was given the works number 2199.
It is an ex dockyard locomotive and it spent all of its working life based at the Royal Navy Dockyard at Chatham in Kent. It was withdrawn from service in 1969 
It was restored and overhauled by father and son team Richard and Tony Goulding, and fittingly visited Chatham as part of their festival of Steam and Transport.
The locomotive is operational and based on the Whitwell & Reepham Railway in Norfolk.
