The Planets, Crescent Moon and Matariki (Pleiades) before sunrise.

            This is a single exposure taken above Taylors Mistake looking toward the Giants Nose. The brightest object is the moon. Due to the exposure time you can't see the crescent. The next brightest object is Venus. The cluster of stars below the Moon and to the left is Matariki (Pleiades). Mercury is faintly visible between the cloud, Mars is clearly visible and Uranus is near the annotation. The bright lights on the ocean is a cargo ship waiting to berth in Lyttelton Harbour.
