Good night, good morning my lovely followers and friends! ❤

It's about the end of my Sunday and oh what a day it has been! I didn't really do much out of the ordinary but I was able to make some really nice seafood dishes at home!

I live a pretty plant based diet but from time to time I like to spoil my family with some nice meals, so it was really fun to take a break and get some great cooking in.

Other than cooking, I realized that I am coming close to my one year anniversary!

Many of you don't know this but last year around this time I decided to get surgery that really was life changing. This was such an important decision in my life that, I am so grateful to have had the support from my friends, family and boyfriend at the time.

Sadly I did have a friend just pass from getting that surgery... so not everyone has the same fate as I did but I do know that she would've had such an incredible journey just like I have.

Anyways,

I'm a bit excited to be able to post this picture to you all. I've been listening to this song the past week and I hope you all take the chance to listen to it. This song really just makes me smile from ear to ear and I've personally dedicated it to a great friend of mine and I hope you all can dedicate it to someone of your own as well.

This song reminded me of what we are going through in this world, and how all of us can really make a change if we try. I know that there is a lot of hate going on, (outside and inside) and I feel like we should all try to look within ourselves to make a real change.

I hope you all can love yourself for who you are, and let yourself shine the way that you should be.

We all deserve happiness, we all deserve love, and we all deserve to feel like we can succeed in the path we decide to go through.

I love you all so much, and I hope you enjoy this picture because I'm really dedicating it to you guys.

I really hope this brings a smile to your face tonight, because I really was smiling tonight. Even if it wasn't the best day, I really am happy where I am at today, and I know that with each day, and with me putting my best foot forward, I will succeed.

My lovely followers please make sure that you love yourself first. It's honestly all I ask from you tonight. I know that it's hard, and I know that it can be easy to depend on someone for that love but just know that you are worth it. You come first, and no one should ever come before that.
